OUR PROCESS

From start to finish, our proven process is designed with you in mind.

Daily Communication

You will be paired with one of our outstanding Superintendents who will serve as your main point of contact throughout the construction process.

Change Orders

As a custom builder, we are always open to modifications to the original plan, and we want to make those changes as smooth and cost-effective as possible.

Phase 1: Design

The first part of the process is selecting one of our floorplans our a custom floorplan. From there we work with you to customize your plan and set pricing.

Phase 2: Build

It’s time for the work to start and it will go fast with trades moving in and out. The first step is foundation work, then on to framing, roofing, and all the other details.

Vibrant Homes was a pleasure to work with and wildly exceeded our expectations. We had a lot of excitement and anxiety around building our dream home. It can also be stressful, Joe and his team made the process easy and fun. He is super creative in coming up with design ideas, but more importantly he truly listened to what we wanted. He was detail-oriented and very cost conscious. We have had so many compliments from friends and family on how truly beautiful and well built our home is. Vibrant Homes did an amazing job with our four seasons addition! It may be a smaller project, but Joe and his team made our life super easy by handling it all. Vibrant Homes had some of the most polite and respectful contractors at our house, from framing to landscaping and everything in between! We were not surprised by any cost and were always informed of what was going on. Overall we couldn’t be happier and now we have another room to enjoy as well as additional outdoor living space.
